Information you provide
When you create an account or place an order, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We also keep order details and payment references so that purchases can be confirmed and fulfilled.
Vendors provide business information, verification documents, and settlement details. These are used to review applications, manage stores and support payment-account onboarding.
How information is used
We use account information to sign you in, process purchases, provide order updates, review seller applications, prevent misuse and respond to support requests. We use technical records to investigate errors and protect the marketplace.
Who receives information
A seller receives the delivery information and line items needed to fulfil its own orders. Sellers do not receive access to other vendors’ orders. Marketplace administrators can review information needed to operate and support The Naari Club.
Our service providers process information required for their services: Neon stores application data, Cloudinary stores uploaded images and verification documents, Razorpay handles checkout and linked-account payments, and our email provider delivers transactional messages. Their own policies also apply to their handling of data.
Payments and verification documents
Payment details entered in Razorpay checkout are handled by Razorpay. The Naari Club stores payment and order identifiers; it does not store your card number or card security code.
Vendor bank and PAN fields are encrypted in the application database. Verification documents use restricted delivery, with time-limited previews for authorised reviewers. No online service can promise absolute security.
Storage and your requests
Information is retained while needed to operate accounts, fulfil orders, address disputes and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Retention can differ between account, order and verification records.
Contact The Naari Club to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Include the email linked to your account so that we can verify the request. Some records may need to be retained after an account is closed.
Cookies and changes
We use essential session cookies and browser storage for account security and shopping-bag functionality. We also use a random, first-party session identifier for store visits, bag additions, checkout and purchase conversion analytics. Raw IP addresses are not stored with analytics events. When enabled by the store, optional Google Analytics measures visits and shopping events only after your consent. Account details, contact information and passwords are not sent in those events. Our Cookie Policy explains these in more detail. We may update this notice when our services or data practices change.
